01. Acceptance & Age Requirement (18+)

By creating an account, registering for a 7-day trial, or subscribing to any FusionVerde plan, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under the legal age, you are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

02. Subscription Tiers & 7-Day Free Trial

We offer tiered subscription memberships (Starter, Pro Quant, and Institutional Syndicate) denominated in USD ($) with automatic Pan-African currency conversion for Mobile Money and African card users:

• 7-Day Pro Quant Free Trial: All new accounts automatically receive full 7-day unrestricted Pro Quant terminal access. No initial payment is required to activate the trial. Upon trial conclusion, your terminal access gracefully reverts to the Starter (Free) tier unless you voluntarily activate a paid subscription.
• Billing & Recurring Renewals: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a 30-day recurring basis through your selected gateway (Stripe or Paystack) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the In-Platform Billing Settings. Cancellation stops subsequent billing, and your premium access persists until the conclusion of your active billing cycle.

03. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the real-time proprietary nature of quantitative data feeds, closing line odds ingest, and mathematical score matrix calculations, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once an active billing period commences. If you believe a billing error or duplicate charge occurred, please file a support ticket or contact betting@fusionverde.com within 7 days of the transaction for prompt resolution.

04. Manual Bet Execution Responsibility

Subscribers are solely responsible for verifying odds, lines, and match rules directly on their chosen licensed sportsbook or platform prior to staking live capital. FusionVerde does not execute wagers on behalf of subscribers. Users must practice disciplined bankroll management (such as recommended Quarter-Kelly fractions) and never wager capital they cannot afford to lose.

05. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

All quantitative ensemble blend weights, isotonic calibration curves, joint probability distributions, and frontend designs are the exclusive intellectual property of FusionVerde. Subscribers are strictly prohibited from:

• Scraping, framing, or redistributing raw API signals to third parties without institutional licensing.
• Sharing account credentials or session tokens across unauthorized multi-user groups.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile proprietary model parameters.
